The Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 is set to begin on March 22, and defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will start their campaign with their first match at Eden Gardens Kolkata, against Royal Challengers Bengaluru.

KKR won their third IPL title in 2024 ending a decade long wait after their previous wins in 2012 and 2014. However, for the 2025 season the team has made some major changes. Former captain Shreyas Iyer has seprated from the KKR and team mentor Gautam Gambhir has also left to take a charge of head coach of Team India.

Playoffs and Final Venue
